estafeta: portable session handoffs, with a Gemini CLI skill target

I built estafeta for coding tasks that span more than one chat. Its portable installer has a Gemini CLI target (--provider gemini) that places six skills in ~/.gemini/skills.

session-end saves a handoff and next action; session-start reads project state before continuing. The Python runtime records executed checks and detects changed phase files. Python 3.9+ and terminal access are required; runtime records stay local.

The Gemini install target is implemented. Fresh-session skill loading has not been live-validated here; separately, Gemini CLI relay validation covers failure handling, not a successful response. Feedback on either gap would help.
