• When a receiver reconnects in a new session after rotating its local endpoint ID, EndpointChannelManager::RegisterChannelForEndpoint() stamps the initial channel's local_endpoint_id with the new session's ClientProxy::GetLocalEndpointId(). Unconditionally overwriting last_local_endpoint_id with previous_channel->GetLocalEndpointId() in BwuManager::ProcessBwuPathAvailableEventInternal() whenever previous_channel != nullptr clobbers the prior session's ClientProxy::GetLastLocalEndpointId(), preventing the dynamic role-switch responder from aliasing the rotated endpoint ID back to its in-progress upgrade entry. Guarded by kPreserveLastLocalEndpointIdInBwu, override ClientProxy::GetLastLocalEndpointId() with the channel's endpoint ID only when previous_channel->GetLocalEndpointId() is non-empty and differs from ClientProxy::GetLocalEndpointId(), preserving intra-session rotation while retaining cross-session identity.

• In BwuManager::OnIncomingConnection(), writing CLIENT_INTRODUCTION_ACK before looking up the remote endpoint ID in in_progress_upgrades_ causes the initiator to treat the bandwidth upgrade handshake as accepted even when in_progress_upgrades_ misses and the responder silently abandons the incoming socket without closing it. Guarded by kDeferBwuClientIntroductionAck, defer WriteClientIntroductionAckFrame() until after in_progress_upgrades_ lookup (including last_endpoint_id aliasing) succeeds and mapped_client != nullptr is verified, and explicitly call channel->Close() when in_progress_upgrades_ misses.
