Use the new Hive Logger

For a future major release, use the new and improved Hive Logger. Also use the logger from the context reatining important metadata like the requestID.

Also it should be possible to inject the logger into onPluginInit (controlled by envelop), so the plugin can make use of the yoga logger and does not have to defer initialisation until onYogaInit is called.

The logger is not present in some other hooks, not only this one.
And I think the logger should always be available exactly the same way so that the hook API is consistent. Just as we changed the hooks API so that when a GraphQL context is available, it is always found in the context attribute of the hook's payload. Same for request and executionRequest

In short, all hooks should have a log attribute in their payload.
