What happened?

FMCS= ON
FLOATERS= OFF

1. User is assigned to a company. (not a superuser)

2. User has permission to view locations.
3. Have locations without a company.
4. Open 'Locations' view in Settings

R: Locations without a company are shown, but should be hidden like any other object without a company.
