What does this change?

Updates Source packages as well as typescript and tslib due to Source specifying newer versions as peer dependencies

Why?

To keep dependencies up-to-date and allow use of new functionality added to latest releases

This is blocked due to waiting on an updated release of @guardian/braze-components. I've merged a PR (guardian/braze-components#530) to update peer dependencies to keep it in sync with DCAR, but the publishing workflow is currently broken so there's no updated package. The repo has been updated to support trusted publishing, but this seems to be the first actual test of the changes. Maël has been looking into this.
