[Bug] cssrlib missing

tried to use the "post-processing" tab, using rinex files. Pressing QC Profile gives an error saying cssrlib is not available.

What I did -
git clone
mkdir worksapce data

docker compose

I added the cssrlib line from optional to required. But that revealed a dependency hell that was probably went unnoticed.

This project pins numpy version to >=1.26.0. The current ' numpy ' version is 2.5.1.

The cssrlib requires galaois, which requires numba, which requires numpy<2.5. 🤕
The resolver then selects numba to 0.53.1, which requires llvmlite 0.36.0, which won't build on Python >=3.10 and we are using python 3.12 here.

I feel like the cssrlib should be part of the required packages for the Docker build, but I will definitely leave that to the original author.

Also, the Docker build had a flag to enable installing these extra packages. I will create a PR with the option enabled; please feel free to modify it if you need.

I apologize for the late reply.

To be honest, the QC feature is currently unavailable, which is why you ran into that dependency hell.
I'm really sorry for the trouble and confusion.

The reason cssrlib is not strictly required is that I am actually planning to implement the QC feature directly into MRTKLIB in a near-future version (possibly v0.8.x?).
Because of this, I am currently holding off on using cssrlib for quality checks, and I plan to drop it in the future.

As for your PR, I appreciate you enabling the extra packages flag in the Docker build.
I will review and merge it for now!

By the way, are you looking to use the QC feature ASAP for your workflow?

@h-shiono , Thank you for your reply. I was exploring RTK/PPP, etc., technologies, what software packages exist, and how they work, etc. (I am a PhD student working on GNSS-related things). So, there is no strict workflow for me.
