cdnjs release for v4.7.9 does not exist

Hey folks,

I'm just wondering if there are any plans to host the latest version (v4.7.9 as of time of writing) of Handlebars on cdnjs, as I can see its currently on jsDelivr.

We don't actively push our releases to cdnjs.

The last release seems to have been added by a cdnjs bot? cdnjs/cdnjs@027c14a
