Plans for HAProxy 3.4

Hi

any plans for releasing support for haproxy 3.4? We've now completely moved to opentelemetry on our k8s and would greatly benefit having native opentelemetry implementation rather than file log parsing.

I plan to move master to that version relatively soon.

I can't say when exactly we will tag new 3.4 version, but we do have that in plans.
