Rebuilt on top of latest upstream dev. Only zh.json is touched: - fix machine-translation errors (Actions->操作, Export->导出, Status->状态, Parent Panel->上级面板, Root->超级管理员, etc.) - fix an inverted-meaning translation (Owner can not be deleted!) - fill in previously empty translations - dropped the previous Fink cleanup commit (fa/pt/ru deletions and project.inlang/settings.json language-tag changes) Co-Authored-By: 豆包 Mac版 (模型: Auto, 推理强度: 高) <noreply@doubao.com>

Checked the source context (parent_dash.html, Dashboard.remove_child, SettingAdmin, hutils/node): "Parent/Child" refers to panel hierarchy in multi-server setup, not family relations. - Childs -> 子面板 (child panels list on parent dashboard) - No children! -> 暂无子面板 - child has been removed! -> 子面板已被移除！ - 家长面板 -> 父面板 (parent panel under-test warning) - child.register-*/sync-failed: 子用户 -> 子面板 - fill untranslated config.* / parent.* keys (父面板/子面板 terminology) Co-Authored-By: 豆包 Mac版 (模型: Auto, 推理强度: 高) <noreply@doubao.com>
