## PROJECT ATTRIBUTION

Bifröst Reach Node was created as an open-source project focused on
off-grid, nomadic, rural, emergency, experimental, and edge-networking
applications.

The project may include contributions from multiple developers,
researchers, designers, testers, and AI-assisted development tools.

Individual contributors retain copyright in their respective
contributions where applicable.

## THIRD-PARTY COMPONENTS

Bifröst Reach Node may interface with, depend upon, reference, or include
third-party projects, libraries, firmware, software packages, hardware
modules, documentation, designs, drivers, protocols, and tools.

Such third-party components remain subject to their original licenses,
copyright notices, and terms.

Nothing in this NOTICE file modifies or replaces the licensing terms of
third-party works.

## TRADEMARKS AND PROJECT IDENTITY

"Bifröst Reach Node", associated logos, graphics, visual identities, and
project branding may be used to accurately identify or reference the
project.

Open-source licensing of project source code and hardware designs does not
automatically grant permission to represent modified products, commercial
products, forks, or derived systems as officially endorsed by the
Bifröst Reach Node project or its contributors.

## RADIO, TELECOMMUNICATIONS, AND SAFETY

This project may involve cellular modems, antennas, radio-frequency
equipment, wireless networking equipment, power systems, batteries,
solar systems, antenna masts, and related electronics.

Users, manufacturers, distributors, and operators are responsible for
ensuring compliance with all applicable:

* radio-frequency regulations
* telecommunications regulations
* cellular carrier requirements
* equipment certification requirements

* battery safety requirements
