Burn is great. We've been cooperating with burn for a good while now. When the project started out I believe the very first backend they added was candle, so they could piggyback on the development here and focus fully on their lazy engine. Smart move I think my only comment on the post is that the commenter that said "AFAIK" should look up the definition, because AFAIK it doesn't mean "I have no clue but I'm here to make random claims". In fact when we added the metal backend in 2023 (!!) it was the fastest available. Mlx is king now ofc. |
