📊 Sourcing Campaign Performance Dashboard

Built with Microsoft Excel + Power Query | Hiring Period: Oct 2025 – Feb 2026

🗂️ Overview

This dashboard tracks end-to-end recruitment funnel performance across three lines of business: Health & Wellness, Facility Services, and Realty Project.

It was built to give the sourcing team and hiring managers a single source of truth — covering everything from applicant volume down to the actual hires, including drop-off points and candidate withdrawal reasons.

⚠️ Note on Context: This dashboard was produced during a period of significant team restructuring. Approximately half of the sourcing team was laid off mid-campaign, which directly impacted output — particularly for the Realty Project line of business. The metrics here reflect real performance under reduced capacity, making the overall results more meaningful, not less.

🔑 Key Metrics

Metric Value
Total Applicants 1,859
Total Hires 74
Source-to-Hire Rate 4%
Screen-to-Hire Days 48 days

💡 Key Insights

1. 4% Conversion is Healthy Given the Context

For high-volume sourcing campaigns — especially with the Sourcing Team controlling 53% of lead generation — a 4% Source-to-Hire rate reflects strong top-of-funnel quality control, not poor performance.

2. Qualifications is the #1 Rejection Reason (484 cases)

This points to a recurring gap between applicant profiles and job requirements. Recommended fix: recalibrate sourcing strings or update JDs to better distinguish "must-have" vs. "nice-to-have" qualifications.

3. 71% of Rejections Happen at Sourcer Screening

This is actually a win — it means hiring managers are only spending time on the top ~29% of qualified talent. The team is gatekeeping effectively.

4. Non-Responsive is the #1 Withdrawal Reason (104 cases)

Classic "process lag" symptom. Candidates lose interest or get competing offers before we can move them forward. Fix: automated SMS follow-ups or tighter SLAs between Phone Screen and Manager Interview stages.

5. Realty Project Numbers Reflect Org Disruption, Not Poor Sourcing

With only 21 candidates processed vs. 1,031 (Health & Wellness) and 807 (Facility Services), the Realty Project gap is a direct result of the sourcing team for that vertical being let go mid-campaign — not a reflection of sourcing inefficiency.

🙋 About This Project

This was built independently as part of an internal People Operations initiative. The goal was to move the team away from manual reporting and toward a self-serve, visual dashboard that non-technical stakeholders could actually use.

Built under pressure. Shipped anyway. 💪
