Port remaining Pixi.res declarations beyond the #56 original bar

Why this is not #56

#56's original bar was the ~25 DOM/Console/Window functions idaptik's pilot actually used, plus a Bun-ESM host, an aspirational StartupError fixture, and docs. That remainder is in #759.

stdlib/Pixi.affine (+ UI/Sound) already covers the operational binding used by the idaptik-shaped smokes. The rest of idaptik's Pixi.res surface (~313 declarations beyond that) is a new inventory, not a close-blocker for #56.

Scope

• Audit remaining Pixi.res / @pixi/* declarations against stdlib/Pixi.affine, PixiUI.affine, PixiSound.affine
• Port only what a real idaptik build still reaches
• Keep lowerings in lib/codegen_deno.ml (Bun-ESM host) and smokes under tests/codegen-deno/
• Do not claim production-ready (DOC-09)

Out of scope

• --deno-esm (retired; E0826)
• INT-03 S6c: flip default wasm target preview1 → component + native-preview2 cleanup #486 native-preview2 / default component flip

Landed in #764 (stdlib/Pixi.affine + UI/Sound idaptik-reached remainder, Bun-ESM lowerings, smokes). Unused Pixi.res decls (BigPool, Extensions, ScrollBox, sprite atlases) stay out of bar by design.

Follow-up #765: smokes now compile. PixiUI List renamed UiList (prelude kind clash). Harnesses pass under node with ocaml 5.3 + bun 1.3.14 + wasm-tools 1.249.0.
