What I want to contribute right now

I want to add cmake build cache ability and aoto parallel build ability to hyprpm, can significantly increase the build speed for large plugins.

It will perform as '--experimental-cache' '--job N' option first. after test, may become default.

Why the above bug / feature specifically?

My Hyprcapture and Hymission plugin is become bigger and it comsume a lot of time to build on my laptop. Which is annoying.
