- Sidebar: rename nav buttons to descriptive labels (Gestión/Catálogo pattern) - Sidebar: wrap nav in ScrollPane for small screens, reduce font to 13px - Users table: expand actions column (min 140, pref 155, max 180) with uniform 28px buttons - Patient search: add TOP 5 limit in findByQuery to prevent unbounded SELECT - Both tabs (Atenciones/Dispensación): show truncation warning when 5 results - ChoiceDialog: update header to indicate max 5 matches
