1.0.0-beta.26 — every paid tier is a one-time purchase with a fixed pool

Pro and Agency were monthly subscriptions, counted in a rolling 30-day
window that topped itself up. They are now paid once and carry a finite
number of conversions: Pro is 5 to be used within 6 months, Agency is 30
within 12. Theme Unlock is unchanged — one conversion, no expiry.

Two reasons, and the second is the one that matters here. A converter is
episodic work: an agency converts a site when a client asks, so billing
it monthly charges for the months nobody converts and churns. And a pool
is self-limiting where a window is not — the gate reads the licence
status rather than its expiry date, so the validity period is enforced by
the licence server, and if that ever failed to bite, a pool still cannot
hand anyone more than they bought.

Also drops the last "pixel-1:1" from SKILL.md line 8. The manifests and
README lost it in the previous release, which noted this one was waiting
for a version bump because it sits under skills/. This is that bump.
