manifests + README: drop the pixel-identical claim
"pixel-identical" and "pixel-1:1" promise zero difference. The measured result is ≤~1% differing pixels at three widths, the residue being text anti-aliasing — checkable, and it would not survive being checked by the audience these files reach. Replaced with what is actually done: compared pixel by pixel against the original. No other converter surveyed compares its output to its input at all, so the method is the differentiator — and unlike the promise, it is true. No version bump: nothing under skills/ or hooks/ changed, so the updater has nothing new to deliver. Catalogues fetch these manifests live from this repository, so the correction reaches them on their next generation. SKILL.md carries the same phrase on line 8 but sits under skills/, where CI requires a bump for any change; it goes with the next bump.
