Notebooks

There are two exercise notebooks that can be run on Google Colab:

• 1. Surveying Spiking in Visual Cortex
• 2. Relating Neural Firing to Stimuli

Local Install

To run the notebooks locally clone this repository:

git clone https://github.com/ibehave-ibots/BIGS-Neuroscience-Summerschool.git

Move to the cloned folder and install the pixi environment:

cd BIGS-Neuroscience-Summerschool
pixi install

Install the kernel

pixi run install-kernel

Then, select the bigs kernel in your editor to run the notebooks
