Being able to destroy blocks with tnt in claimed clunks.

Expected behavior

I supose with "BlockTNT:true" tnt is blocked in claimed chunks wich this ting isn't happening in my server.

I’ve been testing, and it seems that the Lithium option mixin.world.explosions.block_raycast=true causes explosions to affect claims. Additionally, Carpet’s options optimizedTNT=true and optimizedTNTHighPriority=true also interfere with this behavior.

Lithium and Fabric are carpet used mods for server optimization and broadly used, so it would be great if you could add support for them. :)
