mqtt remote control functionality broken in recent shairport-sync

messages sent to {topic}/remote no longer affect the commands intended. the various methods to do remote control commands in this repo's projects do not work for that as a result.

a fix would be required in shairport-sync project

My understanding is that the problem is that Apple changed how their implementation of dacp (starting on iOS 17.4, IIRC). The MQTT should still be working fine, but when the commands get send to the iOS devices, they are ignored.

There's not much that can be done until someone reverse engineers a new way to communicate with the devices.
