Lab not working when doing docker build

Hi, I had the exact same issue. Here is how I fixed it:
Inside the Dockerfile (nano Dockerfile)
Just above 'apt update' add these lines:

RUN sed -i 's|deb.debian.org|archive.debian.org|g' /etc/apt/sources.list \
 && sed -i 's|security.debian.org|archive.debian.org|g' /etc/apt/sources.list \
 && sed -i '/buster-updates/d' /etc/apt/sources.list

Then re-build the docker. It should now work.

This works because the Previous repo's don't exist anymore (404 error)
By using Sed to match and replace the Repo's with Archive ones, The Docker is able to pull out the Archived Python2.x and its dependencies.
