1.19 new installations will not have fair randomness. That may have other side effects too, but cyclops was the first thought since it is no longer possible to hit all strikes of one attack.

From what I've heard (I might be wrong) the change (biased RNG) is going to impact SP content only. I can only hope there will be an option to set true randomness as a default setting for TLU or MP EoMa. Otherwise it will be troublesome as it will probably make some parts of the campaign completely unbalanced (the same goes with abilities). The recommended way of playing EoMa content is to use true randomness, because the entire era's ecosystem is based on that.

There is Lua API to detect currently selected randomness to show warning message if needed.
