Updates the Helm install/upgrade timeout in the Cypress E2E GitHub Actions workflow to reduce CI flakiness when the InfluxDB Enterprise chart takes longer to become ready.
Changes:
- Increased
helm upgrade --installtimeout for theinfluxdb-enterprisechart from 5 minutes to 15 minutes in the Cypress CI workflow.
