Put all Frameworks to update at the very top of the list in the "Loaded Libraries" tab

Problem statement
When we want to update a loaded library after importing a library in the Library Store, we have to search through all the pages of our loaded libraries in order to find the library to update, which is not very convenient, epsecially when there are several libraries to update.

Expected behavior

1. When we open the Loaded Libraries tab, that need to be updated should automatically appear at the top of the list of the first page that appears.
