docs: write a system setup guide for linux

Write a system setup guide for Linux (see https://invenio.readthedocs.io/en/master/getting-started/development-environment.html#linux).Use the macOS example on the same page as a template.

I would think we would likely need to split the guide into

• Ubuntu/Debian
• CentOS

Create a VM with the system (CentOS or Ubuntu/Debian) to test with so that we don't forget important things for newcomers.

I would happily write this guide and also a Docker guide, but I do not even know how your software actually work. i think the documentations could be improved.

Wait, I have found a documentation for Docker deployment in a completely different repo with no link in the documentations. https://github.com/front-matter/invenio-rdm-starter/blob/main/README.md

I managed to deploy in my working local machine, but now I do not understand how I should log in. there is some information on invenio/account-manager but i do not understand how to apply it to my docker development.
