• Android BOM pin 35.0.0 → 35.0.2 in packages/app/package.json (closes #9385).
• Added harness fix on this branch: yarn test:full verify phase now runs platform :build before that platform's :unit (two sequential parallel waves) to avoid the Kotlin incremental-cache race when both ran together.
• Local: bash -n scripts/run-full-tests.sh; independent review of the harness diff (no findings). Prior CI on the BOM commit was fully green; rechecking after this push.

Dismissing: approval was premature — harness change only had bash -n + diff review, not an actual test:full/verify run on fc5bd8e. Will re-approve after local validation.

• Android cold-boot recovery fired once mid-launch and the suite recovered
• Includes Android BOM 35.0.0→35.0.2, test:full verify ordering fix, and ANR/missing package-activity cold-boot remediation
