deps: bump telethon floor 1.42.0 -> 1.44.0

telethon 1.42.0 raises TypeNotFoundError when resolving a user by numeric
id if Telegram serves a User object with fields the 1.42 TL layer does not
parse (e.g. get_entity(<user_id>) inside ResolveUsername/GetUsers). 1.44.0
(TL layer 227) parses it correctly; resolving by @username was unaffected.

Bumps the floor in pyproject.toml + requirements.txt and regenerates
uv.lock accordingly. Diff is telethon-only.
