Website Purpose

This website is basically showing myself, what I like, what are my projects and my goals. I also added a little "blog" where I will eventually write a lot of things. Currently, I've talked about maths & rust, and learning japanese. Even if there is personnal things, I will orient it to dev.
Note: this is the second PR, i messed up with the first one so vercel could not recognize the domain. I added the good file so now it should work
