[omniperf-agent] style: ruff-format the compliant-contact fix (line-length)
Run the repo's pinned ruff (v0.14.10) format + lint --fix on the two changed files so they pass pre-commit at line-length 120: wrap the long ``PhysxRigidBodyMaterialCfg`` material declarations and the friction-sampling calls.
