Functionality for mapping IMAS sources to source identifier indices.

When writing IMAS outputs we would like to adhere to the IMAS scheme and populate both the source name and its identifier index. Is it possible to add the mapping from IMAS source names to identifiers somewhere in the IMAS python library such that writers could access it. Atm I can only see it listed on the docs.

For example:

>>> import imas
>>> imas.identifiers.core_source_identifier.ec
<core_source_identifier.ec: 3>

Note that you can assign the source name directly to an identifier structure, see this example in the documentation
