[fix.ci.λ.D8+] separate generated contracts from handwritten lint

The lint ratchet counted 2,081 quote warnings emitted deterministically by the command and error-code generators. Those bytes are already governed by generator drift checks and TypeScript compilation, so style lint now excludes only the two generated application surfaces. The handwritten Dirac and inherited groups each also bank their one-error reduction.
