[fix.twin.λ.D8+] regenerate the architecture model from the release tree

The previous artifact mixed an older source inventory with newer command and method contracts. Regenerating from the isolated release candidate makes migration 048, the Discovery Lab modules, and every source edge agree with the checked-in model while excluding unrelated workstation files.
