[fix.verification.ρ.D8+] restore source facts and live transport parity

The full suite found two external-instrument defects after the research loop raised canonical counts: architecture/status facts still described the pre-loop tree, and the parity harness let CLI/MCP auto-select an in-process production kernel that correctly refused the workstation local-CPU executor, then crashed while formatting the missing result. Pin those two client surfaces to the live HTTP service they are meant to test, retain zero as the bounded diagnostic fallback, and re-derive the documented counts. A live cold calculation now agrees across core, v1, v2, SDK, CLI and MCP on all 20 facts and the 6,746,050-byte artifact digest.
