[fix.execution.λ.D8+] Keep Kueue adversary aligned with priority admission

The live same-GPU handoff reached Kubernetes admission and exposed that the
adversarial fixture predated mandatory WorkloadPriorityClass selection.  Bind
all acceptance requests to the deployed motif-standard class and add an
unknown-priority negative control so future contract drift fails at the test
boundary instead of preventing every runtime case from starting.

Regenerate the architecture twin after the harness repair.
