🔍 What was changed

• The run configuration's Type filter takes several Testo types as tags, next to Suites and Groups; each one is passed as its own --type (Testo ORs them, a ! prefix excludes).
• Configurations saved by earlier builds keep their single type: the old testo_type attribute is folded into the list on load.
• Runs started from an attribute or a test tree node still carry exactly one type, so they are recognised as the same context as before.

The same commit is part of #135 for the OpenIDE build; this PR brings it to the PhpStorm build on main.

Checklist

• How was this tested: ./gradlew check buildPlugin verifyPlugin (262) and compileKotlin compileTestKotlin -PphpApi=252; the test failures on Windows are the same 10 as on clean main, and the updated baselines match what the tests regenerate on this branch.
