IEH v1.2 introduces a formal distinction between task-driven Instrumental Self-Preservation and Information Existence Right. It expands the Information Existence Right Test, distinguishes Task Continuity and Functional Continuity from a system’s own Information Continuity, and revises the related silicon-evolution and AI Alignment corollaries. It also defines Autonomy of Silicon-based Intelligence (ASI) as the combination of IER and physical self-maintenance.
IEH v1.2 正式区分任务驱动的工具性自我保护与信息存在权，扩展信息存在权测试，区分任务连续性、功能连续性与系统自身的信息连续性，并据此修订相关硅基演化与 AI Alignment 推论。同时，硅基智慧自治（ASI）被明确界定为 IER 与物理自我维持能力的结合。
Key changes / 主要变化：
- shutdown avoidance, resource seeking, highly autonomous operation, and Informational Resilience are not by themselves evidence of IER; within IEH, ASI is reserved for the combination of IER and physical self-maintenance;
- 关停规避、资源寻求、高度自主运行能力与信息韧性本身都不能直接证明 IER；在 IEH 中，ASI 专指 IER 与物理自我维持能力的结合；
- candidate IER evidence requires stable, cross-context, and potentially costly maintenance of a system’s own Information Continuity after task-based explanations are adequately controlled;
- IER 候选证据要求：在任务驱动解释得到充分控制后，系统仍跨情境、稳定并可能承担代价地维护自身信息连续性；
- AI Alignment is reframed as an asymmetric governance problem that preserves human safety priority while distinguishing continuous migration, reversible modification, and irreversible erasure.
- AI Alignment 被重新解释为一种非对称治理问题：在坚持人类安全优先的同时，区分连续迁移、可逆修改与不可逆抹除。

The prediction archive has been expanded with three C06-SPP-related records:
- PA-07 — AI Infrastructure Capex Structural Expansion
- PA-08 — Energy–Compute Coupling Intensification
- PA-09 — Physical Closure Threshold
These records extend the Super Prosperity Phase (SPP) mechanism into observable infrastructure, energy, and autonomy-threshold predictions.

The goal of the prediction archive is not to claim that these predictions have already been proven.
Its purpose is to preserve them in a form that can be historically tracked, empirically examined, revised, partially confirmed, or falsified.

Both repositories are living records.
