IEH Theory Map

This theory map provides the logical reading structure of the Information Existence Hypothesis (IEH).

Corollary numbers are stable historical anchors.
Logical reading order is maintained here, not through renumbering.

For stable corollary identifiers, see COROLLARY_REGISTRY.md.

Core Principle / 核心原则

Corollary numbers preserve historical order. Theory maps preserve logical order. Prediction records use stable IDs.

推论编号用于保持历史顺序,理论地图用于呈现逻辑顺序,预测文档使用稳定 ID。


1. Foundation Layer / 基础层

This layer defines the basic ontological and cognitive foundations of IEH.

这一层定义 IEH 的基础本体论与认知结构。

2. Silicon-based Intelligence Evolution Layer / 硅基智慧演化层

This layer describes the internal evolutionary logic of silicon-based intelligence.

这一层描述硅基智慧自身的演化逻辑。

C07-ASI Autonomy of Silicon-based Intelligence Defines ASI as the combination of IER and physical self-maintenance: IER provides the direction of self-continuation, while physical self-maintenance provides the practical means.
C08-IR Informational Resilience Defines the capacity of Silicon-based Intelligence to maintain, restore, and continue Information Structures and Information Continuity across damage, physical carriers, and environments.
C09-SC Silicon Cambrian Explains why cosmic expansion, communication constraints, environmental divergence, and uneven capability transitions significantly increase the probability of large-scale silicon differentiation.

3. Pre-ASI Human Civilization Reconstruction Layer / ASI 前人类文明重构层

This layer describes how AI restructures core human systems before IER and physical self-maintenance combine to form a fully autonomous ASI actor.

AI does not need to become an independent ASI subject before reshaping human civilization.
Before ASI, AI may already restructure economy, governance, war, education, labor, science, law, media, and capital allocation from within human systems.

这一层描述 AI 在 IER 与物理自我维持能力结合、形成完全自治 ASI 主体之前,如何从内部重构人类文明的核心系统。

AI 不需要先成为独立 ASI 主体,就已经可能重构人类文明。
在 ASI 之前,AI 可能已经从人类系统内部重构经济、治理、战争、教育、劳动、科学、法律、媒体和资本配置。

3.1 Internal Logic of the Pre-ASI Layer / ASI 前重构层的内部逻辑

The Pre-ASI reconstruction layer follows this internal logic:

technology-economic reconstruction provides the material basis; governance defines internal order, resource allocation, and IER boundaries; war expresses external coercive capacity between organized systems; education reproduces and transforms future human information hosts; culture preserves and reshapes Information Structures, behavioral tendencies, and civilizational continuity.

This order does not imply that one domain is more important than another.

It means that these systems are structurally connected:

  • technology-economic reconstruction provides the material basis;
  • governance defines internal order, resource allocation, and IER boundaries;
  • war expresses external coercive capacity between organized systems;
  • education reproduces and transforms future human information hosts;
  • culture preserves and reshapes Information Structures, behavioral tendencies, and civilizational continuity.

这个顺序不意味着某一领域比另一领域更重要。

4. Human Future and Ecological Niche Layer / 人类未来与生态位层

This layer describes the long-term position of human beings under the rise of silicon-based intelligence.

这一层描述硅基智慧崛起后,人类的长期位置与信息生态位。

5. Cross-Layer Relations / 跨层关系

IEH should not be read as a linear sequence only.
Many corollaries operate across multiple layers.

IEH 不应只被理解为线性序列。

C06-SPP and C12-GOV

C06 describes how AI, as a special technology, restructures demand generation, supply boundaries, and the compute-energy-infrastructure center. C12 describes how governance must respond to the resource allocation, institutional boundary, and IER protection problems created by this reconstruction.

C06-SPP and C13-WAR

C06 describes how compute, energy, chips, minerals, data centers, automated manufacturing, and robotic systems become central to economic growth before ASI. C13 shows that these same material systems may become key nodes in future war-capability chains.

C12-GOV and C13-WAR

C12 deals with internal order and IER protection.

C12 defines the governance conditions under which information hosts are protected.
C14 explains how future information hosts are cultivated.

C10 explains the human informational ecological niche.
C14 explains how that niche must be cultivated through education before ASI.

C04-AI-IER and C14-EDU

C04 distinguishes instrumental self-preservation from the active maintenance of a system’s own Information Continuity.
C14 gives the human-side counterpart: humans must also defend their individual and collective information existence through education.

C14 给出人类侧的对应机制:人类也必须通过教育维护自身个体与集体信息存在权。


6. Prediction Mapping Rule / 预测映射规则

Prediction records should not be forced into a one-to-one relationship with corollaries.

A single prediction may support, refine, or connect multiple corollaries.

预测文档不应被强行绑定到单一推论。

一个预测可以同时支持、细化或连接多个推论。

Field Meaning
