Add the JavaPackager logo to the docs and the README

The new logo replaces the default app icon in the docs site navbar and
introduction, and heads the README. Favicons (ICO, 32 px PNG), a
192 px icon, an Apple touch icon and a social card (og:image) are
generated from it, and the site colors follow the logo's orange.
