Drop runtime dependency on invoke

The \`invoke\` package was in \`[project] dependencies\`, but nothing in
\`src/solisdash/\` imports it — it's only used by the repo-root
\`tasks.py\` (developer admin tasks) which isn't shipped in the wheel.
That made \`pip install solisdash\` pull a dependency end users never
exercise.

- \`pyproject.toml\`: move \`invoke>=2.2\` to \`[project.optional-dependencies] dev\`.
- \`src/solisdash/cli.py\`: drop the misleading module-docstring line
  that pointed installed users at \`uv run python -m invoke …\`
  commands they don't have. The CLI is a pure Python entry point
  installed by the wheel — no \`uv\` / \`invoke\` / external tooling
  at runtime.

Bump to 0.6.2.
