Sterio Downsampling on Refresh Rate Switch (5.1 --> 2.0)

Describe the bug

1. In settings, enable Refresh-Rate-Switching: Scale on TV
2. Play a video with i.e. 5.1 audio
3. The audio will be downsampled to sterio
4. Seek in the stream (i.e. rewind a little)
5. The audio is playing in 5.1

Logs

In both cases, Streaming claims to be fully compatible with the client, therefore I do not think they are relevant.
If you wish me to provide some specific logs or information, I am happy to do so.
