Code of Conduct

Reporting

To raise a conduct concern, report it privately to the maintainers through this repository's GitHub private reporting. Reports reach the maintainers directly, are handled confidentially, and are reviewed promptly.

Security vulnerabilities (not conduct issues) follow the process in SECURITY.md.
