It'd be useful if you're using the pool as a global variable (to share the same pool across different functions). Sometimes, you want to be able to refresh the pool, and refresh would look like: (1) delete existing pool / close all the connections followed by (2) recreating the pool.

   this module shuold be use like this when it designed.

2. I think at any moment, connections in the pool are useable by any thread/function. So I can't really get your point, in what scenarios we should "flush/refresh" the pool?
