fix(ui): remove Charge priority and Forced discharge groups from schedule editor

These groups map to Luxpower internal registers (74-89) that the EG4
Monitor does not expose as user-facing schedules. The schedule editor
now shows only the two groups that correspond to real EG4 Monitor
sections: Grid charge (AC Charge) and AC first.
