A live sample demonstrating complex / customized screens

TBD: should we use current sampler or a separate app? I think it should be a separate app.

To be presented:

1. a customized login screen
2. a configured dashboard
3. a 'list' presentation of entities browser (based on a single-column grid) with full text search
4. a 'cards' presentation of entities browser (based o a composite component)
5. a clickable pivot table with "save/restore presentations" feature and a filter (see implementation in Analytics or Store)
6. a nice looking report, e.g. with several bands, some chart or pivot
7. a table with Excel export, Bulk edit, Related entities
8. a map (it is already present in Sampler, but would look good in this app as well. TBC)
9. a screen showing some data from an external source (API integration)
10. email templates configuration with GrapeJS HTML Editor
