Original MMAPPR Bugs

On same tests, MMAPPR appears to perform loess fits all right and get cutoff values. On line 139 of MMAPPR_083.R we get the error:

[19 Nov 2018 21:14:41] R: Using 0.0036 as cutoff.
[19 Nov 2018 21:14:47] R: Error in names(x) <- value :
                       R:   'names' attribute [3] must be the same length as the vector [0]
                       R: Calls: colnames<-
                       R: Execution halted

It turns out Dr. Hill knows about this bug...this happens when there are no peaks.
