How to convert camera H.265 stream to RTMP/HLS stream?

I want to convert this H.265 stream to:

1. RTMP stream (for live broadcast)
2. HLS stream (for web/H5 playback)

Both use cases can be achieved via custom ffmpeg processor.

You can refer to this example and example for configuring ffmpeg processor to transcode and re-stream or remux the input.

You can handle this with a simple FFmpeg pipe.

If you already have the H.265 stream available as a .NET Stream, you can pipe it directly to FFmpeg through stdin (pipe:0), let FFmpeg transcode it to H.264, and push the result to your RTMP endpoint.

For example:

So the flow would be:

H.265 stream → .NET Stream → FFmpeg (pipe:0) → H.264 → RTMP

This avoids having to save the stream to disk and should work well for a live streaming scenario.
