Bug fixes and one feature since v1.0.0:

  - VMU LCD mirror of the bouncing-joypad screensaver.
  - About page now reliably pushes the joypad logo to the VMU LCD when
    coming from the controller tester (fix: drain queued maple frame
    before back-to-back same-device LCD writes).
  - Controller tester input no longer "misses" rapid taps (fix:
    throttle VMU block-count refresh from every 8 frames to every 300,
    cutting maple-stall time from ~24% to ~0.6%).
  - VMU options: live LCD preview while scrolling BIOS preset icons,
    revert-on-cancel; "Custom BIOS color:" relabeled "VMU Color:".
  - Screensaver motion is dt-based (was flying across the screen on
    Flycast without a frame cap).
