…tion Plant mode maps the condenser loop (tower water temps, fan power, native E+ wet-bulb) and emits per-run approach/range percentiles. Four-climate OfficeLarge sweep (Miami/Tucson/Atlanta/Buffalo x Jul+Jan): every eligible CHW/HW rule clean in all 8 runs — validation entries appended. Healthy approach spans 1.6-13.3 degC across climates/seasons (VFD fan modulation), so the future TOWER family's approach rule must gate on fan-at-capacity, not a fixed threshold; range is stable (p50 2.2-3.2) making range-collapse a viable second rule.
