Adds Pushbrain to the Web and Mobile sections.
Pushbrain is a bring-your-own-Firebase push notification strategy layer — it connects to a team's existing Firebase project (rather than migrating tokens to new infrastructure) and adds scheduling, AI-generated notification copy, A/B testing, and audience health on top. FCM delivery stays free since it routes through the developer's own project.
All three SDK repos are MIT licensed with working install/usage docs.
