Maps the four-layer jurisdictional model (Natural Law > Common Law > Statutory/Equity > Commercial/Admiralty) and provides tools to analyze, translate, and challenge jurisdiction. Courts move between layers, often without disclosure. This toolkit makes those shifts visible.
